HA! da steht es mit der Nitrosokomponente, ab Zeile 52:
"it has been found, that it is possible to employ not only the method consisting in diazotisation of the amino group of the sulphamide component and coupling with the hydroxy acid, but that also other methods known per se for the preparing of azo compounds may be employed to advantage, e. g. condensation of nitroso compounds with amino compounds to form azo compounds,"
Könnte vielleicht jemand ein Rezept sagen wie ich genau über diesem Weg zum PRodukt gelange? ich hatte in den OC-Vorlesungen nie was über Reaktionen zwischen Aminogruppen und Nitrosogruppen gelernt. Odeeeer.. ist es möglich eine Diazotierung, also eine Azogruppe zu bilden um dann daraus das Produkt zu synthetisieren? Welchen Substituenten muss das zu verknüpfende Aren aufweisen um dann die Azogruppe zu binden?
Ich müsste unter Umständen nochmal gucken wie es mit der Selektivität der Substitution im Falle der Azokupplung steht.. OH-Gruppe ist ja stark aktivierend, also lässt Aromaten gut reagieren, in para und ortho-pOsition, bei der COOH-Gruppe habe ich das leider vergessen
